Time-related abilities:

1. Seeing into the past - but is "blind" to the present when performing.  Extent is unknown; at this time, his limit seems to be within his lifetime. 

2. Rewinding time - his key ability; can reverse time and then "replay" it to take different actions.  Extent is unknown; limit seems to be 3-4 minutes.  Not perceived by others; appears as choreographed practice movement.  Causes nausea.

3. Dropping objects into the future - can cause objects to disappear, and then reappear at his command.  Limit seems to be based on volume, not mass; as of this time, approximately 5 gallons.  

Tyrell was discovered about 5 years ago.  A college student at the time, he exhibited moderate control over his abilities, which he used on the soccer field to gain success.  

He was also using his abilities in a costumed guise called "The Flow."  Early in his Agency career he used that guise in field operations.  However, a personal event took place which caused him to abandon that identity, in favor of the  more private, masked "Replay."

Name: Gabriel Juan "John" Rivera

Age: 27

John, as of this file date, has not been found to have any latent abilities.  

The substance adhered to hos forearms is fully under his control, and can form into a variety of shapes, limited only by his imagination.  The substance has been found to be unbreakable, no matter how thinly it is stretched.  It is also non-conductive and seems to have no mass or weight.

The patterning on the surface moves freely, sometimes concentrating more in an area of greater physical stress.

John was a patient in the Veterans Affairs Hospital system in New Mexico when discovered, and contacted by Agent Mulroy.  He is training and working with the Agency on a probationary basis, as his request, and by arrangement with his commanding officer, Colonel Macklem.

Name: Lila Cadence

Age: 36

Home: Rancho Vista, CA

Holds several degrees and certifications

Lila's cognitive abilities are extremely efficient and rapid.  Her memory and focus are beyond the limits of testing available to Dr. Patel's analysis.  Yet, her physical abilities are average.

She is able to think rapidly and efficiently about several things at once, perform calculations quickly, and memorize facts and patterns perfectly.  She reports seeing "the world move in slow motion" and often claims frustration at her own inability to move faster.

Name: Dr. Winston S. Canter

Age: approximately 140

Home: originally Philadelphia, PA

PhD: Mathematics, University of Pennsylvania, 1918

Dr. Canter has increased in mass as he has aged, but not in size.  His skin is extremely tough and his strength allows him to perform very difficult tasks.  As of this file date, his weight is approximately 2000 pounds.

However, the increase in mass also causes him pain when moving.  

Dr. Canter contacted the Agency in the late 1970s, and has been an active agent ever since, becoming Director in 2010.  His intelligence and leadership have been a great asset to the Agency.
